About Jeff
Jeff Martin, CFM is currently part of the Workplace Experience team at Wells Fargo. Jeff is responsible for supporting and evolving the workplace experience through innovative space and technology solutions to help team members and businesses succeed. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jeff was the Director of Strategic Space, AWS & Conference Services at TIAA-CREF where he led the Alternative Workplace Strategy (AWS) telecommuting program and was responsible for the company’s overall corporate real estate strategy. In addition, he was in charge of the conference services team, which supported meeting rooms and shared workspace. Jeff earned his MBA from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. His undergraduate degree is in Facility Management, Planning and Design from the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential.

About Michael
Michael sat as the CMO of AmTrust Financial Services from June 2016- March 2019. AFSI is a Fortune 500 global insurance corporation offering Commercial Property and Casualty, Warranty, Specialty Risk and Program Insurance products for small- to medium-size businesses. In March 2019, Michael became Global Head of Digital: Innovation. He leads his team to maintain and develop company’s, digital distribution footprint across all areas of P&C insurance. His current initiatives include building customer-facing platforms that allow insurance agency customers to interact with AmTrust in a seamless and efficient manner. Michael is working to bridge the start-up creativity and innovation, at the scale and efficiency of an international corporation. Early in his career, Michael acquired Flower.com and began creating what was then a revolutionary ecommerce platform. Michael is super passionate about Co-creating Sruly.org a Non-Profit Technology platform specifically built to support the Special Needs community.
