With 20+ years of experience as a corporate and commercial attorney focusing on technology, Liz has represented both technology vendors and customers and served her clients as outside and in-house counsel, including serving as VP and AGC for a global $20B/year technology business where she built and led global teams of attorneys and contract professionals; served as chief privacy, security and compliance counsel; led and supported corporate development initiatives and business transformation programs; advised on sales and marketing, product development and go to market strategies; and worked on technology related acquisitions and divestures, joint ventures, parent company guarantees, strategic alliances, and legal entity structuring. She is currently the Legal Head for Strategic Technology Initiatives at AIG where she advises on and provides legal leadership for the firms technology strategies and transformation programs, cloud operations, and IT governance. She also leads a second life perma-culture farming and working in her shop on classic cars, which provides her colleagues interesting video conference backgrounds.
